Relax Then Pack is the data controller for the information you submit on this website. Relax Then Pack trades as an independent travel advisor under InteleTravel UK, ABTA Member P7384.

Travel list: your first name, email address, the travel interests you select and your marketing consent.

Holiday enquiry: your name, contact details, travel dates, traveller details, destination preferences, approximate budget and any requirements you share, including accessibility, dietary or medical needs where you choose to tell me.

To send you travel inspiration and selected holiday opportunities where you have given consent, and to respond to and research your holiday enquiry.

Your information is never sold.

Marketing emails are sent on the basis of your consent. Holiday enquiries are handled on the basis of your request and the legitimate business interest in responding to it. Where you share health, dietary or accessibility details, these are used only with your explicit consent so that suitable arrangements can be researched.

Information is shared with InteleTravel UK, the host agency through which travel arrangements are made, and with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and cruise lines, only where needed to research or arrange a holiday you have asked about.

The following service providers are used to run this website and send emails, and they process information on my instructions only: Lovable (website hosting), Supabase (secure database storage for your enquiry and mailing list details) and Resend (sending notification and mailing list emails). Where information is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses are relied upon.

Travel list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry details are kept for up to three years after our last contact if no booking is made. Where a booking goes ahead, records are kept for six years to meet accounting and insurance requirements.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting me directly at Support@relaxthenpack.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
